Deployment Steps

1. Set Environment Variables

Go to Railway dashboard and set the variables listed above.

2. Commit and Deploy

git add .
git commit -m "Add migrations back to startup with improved configuration"
git push origin main

3. Monitor Deployment

Watch Railway logs for:
