648bd0e68e Fix health check endpoint - resolve 301 redirect issues 
- Add missing redirect import in core/views.py
- Remove broken AgentFileService dependency from health check
- Clean up duplicate imports
- Health check now returns HTTP 200 OK instead of 301 redirects
- Fixes CapRover health check failures

cb638d3b6f Fix django-ratelimit imports in all view files 
- Comment out django-ratelimit imports and decorators in:
  - wallet/views.py
  - agents/api_views.py
  - agents/chat_views.py
  - core/views.py
- This resolves ModuleNotFoundError preventing Django startup
- Temporary fix until Docker dependency caching issue is resolved

  * requirements-simple.txt - 10 vs 24 dependencies
  * Dockerfile.simple - Streamlined container
  * README-SIMPLE.md - Focused deployment guide

- Original was enterprise-grade (Redis, CSP, security monitoring)
- New version focuses on core CapRover deployment needs
- 75% reduction in documentation complexity
- Removed: Redis, rate limiting, security scanning, rollback systems
