Fix port allocation issue - use expose instead of ports

- Remove port mapping (ports: 3000:8000)
- Use expose: 8000 instead - lets Dokploy handle networking
- No more port conflicts with host system
- Dokploy reverse proxy will connect to exposed port 8000
