bd738f9183 chore: replace audit.quantumtaskai.com links with marketplace.quantumtaskai.com 
The Site Auditor moved to the new AI Marketplace hub at
marketplace.quantumtaskai.com. Update all outbound links across the
static site so visitors land on the hub instead of going through the
audit.* 301 redirect.

Also adds the Marketplace nav entry to shared-header.js (already
present locally, now reaffirmed alongside the link updates).

214e37c6ef feat: add Marketplace page with Site Auditor and Marketplace Listing Audit cards 
Adds marketplace.html showing the two live tools, updates shared-header.js
to include the Marketplace nav link, and ignores local working files.
