feat: add Help to the shared nav

Browse Source 
Points at https://help.quantumtaskai.com/, whose root serves the general intake
form to anyone who does not already hold their own Help Center address.

Because this is the shared header, the item appears on the blog, the marketplace
apps and the support site itself on their next page load — no deploy needed in
any of them.
