## Critical Database Fix
- Add migration for missing access_url_name and display_url_name fields
- Railway PostgreSQL has these fields as NOT NULL from newer schema
- ae303c2 agent creation commands don't provide these fields
- Migration makes fields optional with empty string defaults
## Error Fixed
❌ Was: null value in column 'access_url_name' violates not-null constraint
✅ Now: Fields are optional, agent creation will succeed
## Result
- populate_agents command will now work on Railway
- All 5 agents should appear in production marketplace
- No more database constraint violations
