🔧 Fix social media logo stretching by reverting to working meta tag dimensions

**Root Cause Identified:**
- Original working version: Meta tags claimed 1200x630 (social media optimized)
- Recent 'fix': Changed meta tags to actual image dimensions 1800x600
- Result: Social media platforms don't like 3:1 aspect ratio, prefer ~1.91:1

**Solution:**
- Reverted og:image:width/height to original working values (1200x630)
- Updated cache-busting version to v=3 to force social media cache refresh
- Maintains actual 1800x600 image but tells platforms it's 1200x630

**Why This Works:**
- Social media platforms use meta tag dimensions for layout calculations
- They handle aspect ratio mismatches better than non-standard ratios
- 1200x630 is the gold standard for social media previews
