🔧 Fix wallet NoReverseMatch error - update agent_base references

- Updated wallet templates to use workflows:marketplace instead of agent_base:marketplace
- Fixed error page templates (404, 403, 500) with correct namespace
- Fixed quick agents panel component reference
- Wallet should now work properly without namespace errors
