629124f0d5 🗑️ Remove redundant SIMPLE_DEPLOY.md 
- SIMPLE_DEPLOY.md was duplicate of README.md content
- Now we have only 2 docs: README.md + MULTI_PROJECT_SETUP.md
- Even cleaner project structure

23c2ad6b03 🧹 Clean up all confusion - final version 
- Removed duplicate requirements files (kept only requirements.txt)
- Removed old deployment scripts (kept main production + multi-project)
- Simplified README.md to be crystal clear
- Clear file structure: 2 deployment options, 3 docs, 1 requirements
- No more confusion - everything is obvious now!
