🎯 Remove redundant single project script

- Removed deploy/production-deploy.sh (redundant)
- deploy-project.sh handles both single and multi-project perfectly
- Updated README.md to reflect single deployment method
- Even simpler: ONE deployment script for everything
- Auto-extracts GitHub repo names for clean organization
