🗑️ Remove redundant SIMPLE_DEPLOY.md

Browse Source 
- SIMPLE_DEPLOY.md was duplicate of README.md content
- Now we have only 2 docs: README.md + MULTI_PROJECT_SETUP.md
- Even cleaner project structure

A Django demo project that deploys to any VPS with one command.
## 🚀 Deploy to VPS
### After VPS Reset:
